These general conditions aim to govern the contractual relations between the SELLER and the BUYER, as well as the conditions of purchase of services.
Any purchase implies full acceptance of the general conditions of sale below.
Article 1 – THE OFFER
The service offered is described on the website in the “retreat” section. It mainly concerns the provision of services.
The buyer will be required to bring their own yoga mat to the retreat.
The visuals, photographs or videos associated with the description of the services and products are not contractual.
Article 2 – PRICES
The price of the retreat is expressed in Euros, All Taxes Included (TTC). It corresponds to the amount of €2400 per person. Early Bird tickets are available until December 25th, 2024 at €2040 per person.
Unless otherwise stated in the description, the price displayed never includes:
● transportation from the buyer’s home to the airport of the city where the retreat takes place;
● tourist taxes, tourist taxes, visa fees;
● travel insurance.

The price to be paid by the customer will be confirmed at the time of registration and upon receipt of an invoice.
Article 3 – REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT TERMS
By registering for the retreat, the buyer expressly declares to accept the General Terms and Conditions without restriction or reservation.
Payment for the purchased service is made by bank transfer to the account of SAYA LUCE ATELIER – IBAN: BE 03734062068184
BIC: KREDBEBB, upon receipt of the invoice.
Payment can be made in one go or several instalments depending on your needs. The total amount of the stay must be paid no later than March 01st, 2025.
When a stay is full, it is possible to register on a waiting list by contacting the seller directly.
Article 4 – CANCELLATION AND REFUND CONDITIONS
Registration is done upon receipt of the deposit. The deposit corresponds to 500EUR. The deposit must be sent by transfer to the seller’s account.
In the event of cancellation before March 01st, 2025, the deposit and the rest of the payment can be refunded up to 50%. After this period, no refund will take place.
In the event that the seller finds a replacement for the canceled place, the seller undertakes to reimburse the buyer in full.
ARTICLE 5 – INTERRUPTION OF THE STAY BY THE CUSTOMER OR SELLER
Any interrupted or shortened stay, whatever the cause, will not give rise to any reimbursement, even in the event of repatriation.
If the seller has to cancel a retreat for any reason, those already registered will be fully refunded, without being able to claim any compensation*.
If an insufficient number of participants are registered for a retreat, the seller may cancel no later than one month before departure.

*Costs previously incurred by the customer, such as visa costs, transport costs, pre- and post-delivery costs (purchases of air, rail, maritime or other transport tickets), vaccination costs, etc., cannot give rise to reimbursement. any reimbursement or compensation.
ARTICLE 6 – FORMALITIES
It is the sole responsibility of the customer to check that the various documents necessary for their trip, for the consumption of a service or for boarding (national identity card or passport, driving license, etc.) are in progress. of validity. The identity document used must be in the same name as the transport ticket. Failure by the traveler to comply with administrative and/or health obligations when crossing borders, which would result in particular in refusal of boarding or an interruption of the stay or trip, cannot justify any reimbursement or compensation.
ARTICLE 7 – CASE OF FORCE MAJEURE
In the event of force majeure making it impossible to perform the service, the seller will notify the customer by any means, in particular by telephone and email.
The contract will then be automatically suspended without compensation, from the date of occurrence of the event.
ARTICLE 8 – INSURANCE
No insurance or repatriation assistance is included in the retreat. We recommend every participant to have their own travel/medical insurance that covers them and the activities mentioned at the retreat. The guides at the Retreat are not liable in terms of injuries or similar sustained damage for the duration of the trip nor any additional cost or expenses affiliated with cancellation or postponement of the original trip.
ARTICLE 9 – MEDICAL INFORMATION
As a participant it is mandatory and expected to be transparent towards us regarding health conditions or other factors that can play a role in the successful execution of the retreat. We want you to have the best time and to feel safe, heard and enjoy our days together.
The medical contraindications are as follow:
- Significant motor problem (paralysis, fracture, etc.)
